KnuckleUp. It's a mixed martial arts facility w/a 24hr gym as well. It's over in the old Wal Mart center off Hwy 5. If you're interested in coming by to take a look around let me know.

I am familiar. Sounds like a good deal.

If anyone is on the lithia springs side of town i can get you a deal at 24hrtotalfitness.com

It's a hardcore gym. Great for powerlifting or hard training when you don't want to be bothered.
